As these expeditions are physically demanding and in a very remote environment it is the recommendation of Natural High Alpine Adventures that you visit a doctor and a dentist to ensure clean bill of health before leaving on your vacation. You must also see your doctor to get proper inoculations for traveling abroad.

You must advise Natural High Alpine Adventures of any pre-existing health conditions at the time of booking. Failure to do so could result in the exclusion from the trip.

It is the recommendation of Natural High Alpine Adventures to follow a fitness-training program prior to the trip. It is a good idea to start this program several months before the trip. You will enjoy the trip much more if you are in good physical condition. For recommendations on fitness training for mountaineering and trekking please contact Mike Earl through e-mail.

Travel insurance that includes helicopter evacuation is mandatory for all trips and travel insurance that covers activities with roped mountain climbing are mandatory for our climbing expeditoins. Failure to provide proof of insurance could result in expulsion from the trip.
