
Mike has lived in the Canadian Rockies since 1993 and now calls it home.
While being exposed to mountain activities such as rock climbing, mountaineering and backcountry skiing
he realized his desire for

guiding. He enrolled in the top Adventure Guide Program in North America
at the University College of the Cariboo in Kamloops and after studying guiding and adventure business
for two years graduated in April 2003 on the dean's list.

His active involvement in mountain sports and
travelling have allowed him to visit amazing places such as Argentina, Australia, Chile, Ecuador, Japan,
Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Peru, Thailand and the U.S. He is now pursuing a career as a professional
mountain guide and is director of Natural High Alpine Adventures.

María José lives in Mendoza, Argentina with Aconcagua in her backyard. She has been climbing mountains
since she was fifteen. She is a very strong rock climber and in fact has won the Argentinean Rock Climbing

Championships three years in a row. María José attended the Argentinean Guides Association and now pursues
a career as a professional mountain guide. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Because of her expertise
in the mountains, her hard work ethic and her very lively personality Natural High is proud to have her on staff.
